Concerned Catholics of the Davenport Diocese is a grassroots network of about a hundred laity and clergy from a dozen parishes in our diocese that began meeting last fall to provide a safe place for survivors of ministerial sexual abuse to tell their stories; to actively support healing for them, their families and the whole Church; to seek greater accountability on the part of the hierarchy; and to work for meaningful reform in Church governance.
